There is nothing astronomical about my story, only gastronomical. I have 6 teeneagers. 3 boys wear size 13 shoes. Being a member since 1989 Discover Card knows more about me than my parents! We spend incredible amounts of money buying groceries, gas and maintaining (and fixing) autos. We pinch pennies by gardening, canning, thift shops, and carpooling. Our big spluge is our timeshare where we indulge in vacations of laziness, games, (and shenanigans that may not be relayed to mom and dad for years). We use our rewards mostly to eat out during these times or buy holiday gifts for the family. We try to shop with the retailers that allow for the most bang for our buck, but whatever we choose is always a joy and appreciated!
