My experience has been a disaster. On November 29, on the phone, I requested that $200 be posted to my account. This was not done and as a result I received an interest charge of $32.58.On December 22 I went on line and requested that $250 be credited to my account. To date I see no credit to my account.
There seems to be something amiss in your program.


Did you ever call to ask about why the first $200 was never credited? And im betting that they could probably reverse that interest charge if it was a glitch on their end with the system, which it sounds like thats very possible. Also, I know that account credits are usually done within 72 hours, but I wonder if you aren’t going to be able to see it until your bill cycles. Hope everything got worked out for you
It is very easy to redeem your cashback bonus for statement credit online.
I have done this many times and the account credit is posted within a day or 2.
Why not do it yourself online and track the redemption for account credit instead of asking someone over the phone to do it for you?
Is the $200 still in your cashback bonus balance?
