Recently we built a new house. I put all the expenses on my Discover card. Everything — faucets, appliances, furniture. Everything that I purchased I used my pink discover.I used the rewards card at Bed/Bath for all my kitchen accessories and now saving Lowes cards for ladders, hoses and outside furniture.
Love to get those reward cards. I will keep using my card for EVERYTHING!!
I did the same thing when I built my home. At the time, I was getting decent money on my money market account (back in the olden days) so i “used” their money for 30 days AND got my cash back bonus!
