I have never experienced such concern for the customer as that from Discover Card Employees.The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable of the subject matter that you discuss with them, they talk to me as though they really value my business with Discover Card and not talk as though they do not need your business. I believe they have been trained to be above professionals and now could be called super professionals,they are superb Public relations troopers. As long as Discover card treats the customers as precious jewels that are really special and needed,People will always carry a Discover Card in their wallet and purse with dignity.
