I have been a Discover Card holder for over 25 years. I love using the card and accumulating the cashback bonus awards.
Yet, I am dissapointed with how the redeeming of the cashback bonus has changed.
Please bring back the option to have Discover send their customer’s a check when they are cashing in their cashback bonus!
I know you have a variety of options for redeeming the cashback bonus which includes direct deposit into a bank account. I really don’t like the idea of sharing a bank account number just for this type of transaction. It was so much easier in the past to simply request a check for the amount that I wanted to redeem and within 10 days, I had the check in hand.
Please make this option available again. Consider the risks that we now have in this world with technology hackers and identify theft, customers should still have the option to have a printed check mailed to them. Thank you!
