I received it today saying some rewards were not posted. My main concern all along with this program is that it is not easy to track rewards credited to my account since I get online statements. It would be nice to easily do that. Another complaint I have with card is that 1% should be minimum rewarded, with no tier program beginning at less than 1%. I get minimum 1% back with my amex cashbuilder card;it is easy to track and compute.Thirdly, I got the discover gas card to get 5%cashback. Had to switch back to regular discover card when they cut that–now my amex cashbuilder gets just as much back.
I have to agree with you. Today, I started a chat session with a Discover Card rep after I questioned the cashback rewards that I had just earned on my statement. There is a $3k threshhold in order to start accumulating cashback bonus rewards at 1%, which I had surpassed back in April. Now, the rep has to go back and re-calculate the cashback rewards since mid-April and re-apply them to next month’s statement. I just wonder how many other customers are affected? The $3k threshhold is rediculous, since you should receive cashback bonus on every purchase from day 1.
