    Why is the statement so hard to understand? Why not make it simple by showing what was charged and what was credited to the account. This way a customer can tell what is going on. The way it is now, my best bet is not to charge a lot of items. Just one or two item, and then I will know what is what on my statement. Your statement for the customer should be given some serious overhaul.
